Best rimfire accuracy gunsmiths?

I have a nice .22 sporter that is not performing up to standards at the moment (tested with Eley Tenex, etc. and 6.5-20 Leupold, I would expect 0.3" or so at 50 yards and am getting lots of vertical with groups up to 0.9"). Am looking for a good gunsmith to tune the rifle, including pillar bedding and possibly setting the barrel back and rechambering if needed, although it does have a true match chamber that engraves the bullet into the rifling.

Who have y'all used with good results? In a perfect world, I get my rifle back in a reasonable amount of time and without having to mortgage my house... Any info will be most appreciated!

What rifle are you using?
Might be better to find a rifle that should meet your ‘standards’ right out of the box?
Have you had anyone else shoot your rifle?
What reticle in the Leupold?
I have one 6.5-20 with the fine cross hairs and 1/8MOA Dot, very hard to see but since I got cataract surgery no problem for me.
