I don’t know what Sirhr has against Dr. Pepper and avacados, but I’m beginning to suspect we might not get along. The next thing you know, he’ll be saying a brisket is a low quality cut of meat and isn’t worth $5/lb from the supermarket…
I never quite understood the attraction or popularity that avocado has seen lately. It strikes me as having the texture of the brain, the flavor of of clay, and the smell of raw pumpkin. I know folks love it but it's a hard 'no thank you' for me.

Here in Florida, brisket it $11-12/lb at the supermarket. It makes little sense to pay the same as a T-bone or ribeye for one.I don’t know what Sirhr has against Dr. Pepper and avacados, but I’m beginning to suspect we might not get along. Who says they're not already?Considering how corrupt every government agency is Mexico is, its a wonder they were not murdered
You mean like butter?Either that or someone’s going to make a killing off of an all natural gluten free non gmo soy based avocado spread substitute.
This would be a non-issue if California (which was the largest avocado producer almost on earth...) wasn't paying avocado farmers to NOT farm their 50+ year old trees, because muh water shortage......

Are you near The Butcher Shoppe?? They’re in Pensacola and I’m from NY and used to order all our competition Wagyu briskets from him and I’m pretty sure it was a lot less than that for them… I think like $8-9/ lb. Kevin Green runs it, reach out to him, he’s a great guy. And he does shipping too and his meats are really top notch. Here in Florida, brisket it $11-12/lb at the supermarket. I do love a well prepared brisket though.
Not near at all. It’s a full days drive to Pensacola from here. But I’ll check it out.Are you near The Butcher Shoppe?? They’ll mail them and in all the years competing, only got 1 package where the meat thawed out and that was because of the delivery people and when contacting Kevin, he resent our package overnight so we could have it for the competition….. being that your right in Florida, I’m guessing shipping would be a lot cheaper too. Tell him John Miller and the rest of the team from Miller’s Backyard BBQ says hiNot near at all. It’s a full days drive to Pensacola from here. But I’ll check it out.
Ann Richard's was a really ugly stripper, and if she hadn't been against the conceald handgun bill ,she would have been Governor till the day she died and George Bush would have never been Governor or president, stupid bitch should have kept her mouth shut about conceald carry.Brisket is like meat for the gods… just that the only proper way to cook it is in mid-town Manhattan by Jews with corn beef recipes.
I’ll just see my self out now.
I love Texas. I lived there for two years. Biggest takeaway was that Vermont would be bigger if we flattened it out. And Ann Richards was a really ugly stripper!
Not making that up.
