We are just starting to get our feet wet with 600 Yard F Class Matches. We will start the Match at 9 AM <span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">Friday</span></span> 27 July 2012.
We can shoot a maximum of 20 shooters per relay. We have 4 Divisions:
F/TR
F/Open
F/TR Bench (Club Added Division)
F/Open Bench (Club Added Division)
Entry Fee: First Entry: $20 Second Gun $10
We have 14" X 14" or (2 Larger) Sighter Plates beside all 20 Targets.
This will be a 30 shot Match with 2 each 15 round Targets.
This will be a variation on Walk & Paste. The way we do this is: You get 2 sighter shots on the steel before you fire your first 5 rounds for score. The targets will be Scored & Pasted with 5 White Pasters. You will be allowed 1 Sighter Shot on your Plate before shooting the next 5 shots for Record. The targets will be Scored again, the First Pasters will be over pasted with Black Pasters, and the second 5 shot group will be pasted with White Pasters. You again get 1 shot on your sighter plate before shooting the last 5 shots on your target for score. You will do this for both Target 1 and Target 2.
That might sound complicated. The first Match we held last month went fast and smooth. We have had years of practice pasteing and scoring our Multi Range F Class Matches.
This will be our second 600 Yard F Class Match. Future Matches will be held on Saturdays.
Come on out for a look at the facilities. We have 40 New Hi Power Targets for 2012. We have a new 20 Bench 600 yard Bench Rest Line. We also have a Brand New 126 foot insulated cover over the firing line.
On Saturday 28 July following the 600 Yard F Class Match we will be holding our Annual 100 thru 600 yard <span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">Multi Range F Class Money Shoot. </span></span>Plan to take in both days, you will have a very good time.
The Big Piney Sportsman's Club is located at 18012 Highway B Houston Missouri 65483. That is approximately half way between Houston and Raymondville Missouri.
