Recently I purchased one of their Type S competition dies for my 6.5 Creedmoor. The first piece of brass I sized with it got stuck as the bottle of case lube I grabbed was old and obviously bad. In my initial effort to get the case out I managed to bend the threaded decapping rod. After getting the stuck case out with a removal kit I had the issue of a new set of dies that were inoperable. I called Redding to see about buying a new rod online and wanted only to confirm the part number, but instead was put on hold for a moment while the gentleman checkednon something. When he came back on he said he couldn't find that part number off hand, but had found one and asked for my address as he would just send me one, at no charge, for the part or shipping! Talk about awesome customer service! They now have a loyal customer for life! Figured I would give them some props on here as customer service like that is getting rare these days.
