I have so many questions for his type of mental heavyweight. But instead, I will offer an observation: since all these types want to go green there is an issue with fertilizer: cows make great fertilizer, ask any dairyman. They have huge amounts of it and it gets spread on fields where it is readily used by the plants, including the local fauna. I use it myself. But if we don't have cows, chickens and other such animals, we then have to increase the use of synthetic-based fertilizers for crops, which also uses natural gas to create synthetic nitrogen (NH3). This is not green, and would effectively increase the food supply dependence upon oil as these are produced. Unless, of course, the idea is to increase the costs and reduce the supply of food from the Breadbasket of the World as we become more dependent upon electricity that is generated by nothing that is new and improved by our tax dollars. But that's a dark conclusion that I am sure is just pure speculation...
And another observation: the pipelines are being scrapped. Warren Buffet is set to make a nice profit via the railroads, so he should be loving oil right now. Bill Gates should eat lab grown meat, and let everyone else eat what they wish. Bill Gates should get vaccinated, if he chooses , and let everyone else decide what's best for them. Bill Gates has an opinion, and like everyone, should keep most of his opinions to himself and live his life how he chooses.
If you dig down to the basics of his plan(s) it is all rooted in eugenics. He and those like him want to dramatically reduce the global population. There are secondary agendas, of course, but it is all about getting rid of the less desirables.

I think what you are seeing is that Bill promotes only what he is heavily invested in. He has enough money to push the agenda that makes him more money. Buying into it is probably not good for you but it is great for him.
