I finally got a chance to shoot my AR-10 with the Bill Springfield trigger job. My 10 came with Armalite's 2 stage tactical.

Bill brought the trigger weight down to my requested 3 lbs. It's still a 2 stage trigger, but I pull through the first stage as if it wasn't there. It's not creepy at all! After pulling through the first stage, I come up to a firm trigger. 3 lbs. later the trigger breaks cleanly. Much improved and very smooth. Bottom line is I like it!

Bill did this for $55.00 and it included replacement spring where needed and return shipping. A very good value.

I would also highly recommend Bill Springfield for trigger work he did my FAL trigger and my Cetme, they both came out great!and as was said his prices were very reasonable and turn around time was blazingly fast(inside a week)!

Can I ask why it was $55? On his page it says $39 for 2 stage trigger work. You mentioned replacement of springs where needed. Is that the reason for the added cost? Why did you have to replace any of the springs?

As you can see, he specifically lists the price for 2 stage triggers. I also had him do a 2 stage and a single stage 3 pounder for me. Very happy with the results.
