Binoculars for Spotting

I'm looking for a pair of binoculars under $2,000 for spotting shots on steel out to 850 yards, mounted on a tripod. What do you all recommend?

I was looking at the Maven B5 18x56 with mil reticle or Razor UHD 18x56.
