that is my complete mistake. I’m working with the buyer to fix this.

I’m trying to work with the buyer to either refund him or give him a Harris bipod. No word yet from the buyer. I had no intention to mislead anyone. It was a mistake that I will fix.

The buyer sent me an IM at 2:32. He posted a bashing post at 2:39. I’ve responded to that post and my for sale post about the situation. I’ve also responded to his IM numerous times. No answer.

I’ve decided just to completely refund his money and let him keep the Caldwell bipod. I returned his money the same way I received it via PayPal.

I do not want to deal with someone who would do this without even hearing from me first. I could understand if it was hours or days but I responded to him in approximately 60 minutes.

As stated before, I was selling this bipod For a friend. I did not verify the bipod and that was my mistake.

The accu-tac showed up exactly as described in perfect shape. You made an honest mistake and I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. Not like you didn’t immediately attempt to make it right.

Seller has made good by providing refund. I've removed the post in the pit. I don't mind returning the knockoff but I would require the cost of shipping to do so. I believe it is $7.85. It'd be back in the mail tomorrow.
