<span style="text-decoration: underline">Whiskey-3 Chassis gen 2 folders for Rem 700 short action and T3.</span> We consider all of these blems but in reality the first few Rem stocks to ship are just new-old-stock. Those will go to the first customers. The later Rem 700 and all the T3 folders are true blems with an anodize mistake or a ding or non stainless fasteners.

<span style="text-decoration: underline">Free shipping on all chassis.</span> We have all the fixed versions available now (R700SA and LA, Tikka T3, Sako M995). We have extremely limited quantities of the T3 fixed. The Badger version is available through Badger but we don't know what specials they have if any.
Since our inventory control system on the website isn't as precise as our favorite rifles, we may end up with a situation where we get more orders than we have stocks or it may show an out of stock situation where we have some. Bottom line is don't assume your order is good until we send you a confirmation that we have a stock for you, and if the site shows something as out of stock, email us to confirm as someone may have added it to their cart and never checked out.
