Range Report Black Hills 77 Grn ammo in M4 w/14.5 barrel

Anyone know the velocity of the Black Hills 77 grn match ammo out of a M4 carbine with 14.5 in barrel?

I have to teach a class for some Fed Cops and they want to use this instead of the 64 Speer issue stuff. I think its a waste of a good bullet, but I need to know the velocity before the class.
