Nope. Nothing was marked on the box and I couldn't find anything on it as far as surface finish blems or anything. Idk how they actually classify it as a blem.

I got it at the Geissele/WAR Rifles PRS match last year

half the time these blems are so small that you’ll have more serious ‘blems’ after just a range trip or two. I can’t find what it’s supposed to be on half of the ones I get. Anyway, I hope someone buys this because it’s gorgeous but I need another G handguard laying around like I need another hole in my head. GLWS!
