blue dot 223 loads

I've tried the search, and cannot find a posting from a good while back giving several bullets and blue dot loads with velocities, etc.
Can you help?

Check over on 24hourcampfire.com. A guy by the name of Seafire does a lot of .223 loads with Bluedot.

Seafire2 posts on www.accuratereloading.com as well.

I found that the bluedot loads are excellent for young shooters trying centerfire for the first time.

11gn BD with Barnes 36gr VG in 223 !:12 twist perfect for young shooters on targets.
