After presueing it, I was told it was a 10k here in Ms,It ruined a $4800 boat cover, I need to find a diff way of getting rid of it.My girlfriend suggested frozen paint balls.

im pretty sure the bird was there first. and the cover isnt ruined. its covered with shit while the boat isnt. it did its job. whats supposed to look pretty, the boat or the cover?
maybe a smaller boat or a different place to store it?

look everyboody, I'm thinking about breaking the law by shooting a protected migratory game bird...
Frozen paint balls will probably get you in trouble too...I'd do what you can to make it want to go away by its self, but don't harass it. Creek Detectives and Crappie Cops take that shit very seriously.

Get a shorter boat and it would fit under the roof structure...problem solved.

I think they came in around the first of November,Ive never had my boat in the slip that late in the year before either,Yea he won. I just moved the boat,He's still there.They will be gone by the time I put it back in the slip next summer.

Rubber snake works to repel most birds - if the heron doesn't eat it. If I may ask, where did you get the scope mount on the pellet rifle?

I bought it around 1996 it was a opt for the Benjamin.Its pretty light weight.Scope is prob alittle heavy for it also.A old extra I had laying around.Im hitting 1 1/2 groups at 35 yards

If you are contemplating breaking the law by shooting a migratory bird and posting those thoughts on the internet, I think it unlikely you could not spill the beans yourself during an investigation.

I have an owl that likes to keep me up at night. He literally sets up shop right outside my bedroom window in the wee hours. I have walked outside and made out his silhouette in the moonlight. He is a very confident fellow and will not budge from his branch when I walk out to confront him. He wins, I lose. That's the way it is. I just live with it.
