Sidearms & Scatterguns Bo-Mar sight parts?

my dad and I recently picked up 1911 that had some sentimental value after we ran the number. That story aside, there is a screw missing from the rear sight (Bo-Mar rounded blade)and we are having trouble finding a replacement. The screw missing is the left/right adjustment. I am hoping you guys (and gals) might have an idea on where I can get a replacement.

STI makes a replacement sight

Did you ever find one? I found an STI rear sight in my parts box.
