Bolt or ar 22arc

Got the itch for a 22arc for a coyote/plinking rig. Think about ruger American either ranch or predator in a mdt orxy chassis or a patriot arms precision hunter ar.

The 20 inch barrel ruger is hard to come by, I would prefer that length, but I'm sure 16 would be alright. The orxy doesn't have spots on the side for qd sling, but I could figure out something. Like the lss, but don't really want to spend that much on this.

I'm trying to build 6cm on tl3 with manners lrh stock, so that will be a big chunk.

Also current rigs are a savage with criterion barrel, manners t5a, great shooting just heavy and long. Heavy barrel armalite. 223, a little heavy, but shoots federal 69gr mk's good. I have a light weight 7-08, I get out some.

Mostly just wanting something new, right now.

Can't help you with your decision (either is a good choice, but I personally would go with the AR) but I have an Oryx chassis with a Savage Mk2, and I put a side QD cup on it. I used an MLOK QD cup, just removed the t-nuts, removed the plastic side panel on the chassis, figured out where I wanted the QD, drilled and tapped holes for the mounting screws, and screwed it on. Then cut the plastic panel to let the QD cup through.
