On Nov 9th a nationwide injunction was issued by the 5th Circuit Court out of Texas, but of course the gAyTF is trying to appeal it in Federal court, even though they were basically told to fuck off by the judge, and that he issued the nationwide injunction because the case was strong against the ATF, that it stands on its own merits, and has very high likelihood of winning at the Supreme Court level.

Of course, you know the gAyTF isn't going to take that bitch-slap lying down...They're fighting everything for dear life right now, because their whole scheme they've been pulling for decades is fixing to go bye-bye, especially once the court case about the habitual abuse by the EPA of Chevron Deference (and other bureaucratic agencies) goes to the SC for a ruling. That case will likely dismantle a whole lot of their toothpick thin legs the ATF is already left standing on.
