it doesn't look featureless in that picture.As long as you have a proper mag lock, you ll be ok
but for precision shooting, the california restrictions are not as bad.
you probably want a muzzle brake in instead of a flash hider anyway.
you don't want to wrap your thumb around the grip for precision shooting
a collapsible stock means little on a full sized rifle like the scar 20s.
3500 is a real nice price, you should have set it higher.
