The massive undertaking reflects the extraordinary security concerns that have gripped Washington following the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol by pro-Trump rioters. You know what this is starting to remind me of? A group of boys on a camping trip in the woods. The boys start telling ghost stories, spooking each other. Then one kid starts spinning a well crafted tale about some eldritch unearthly stalker in the woods pursuing a group of boys on a camping trip who very eerily resembles their own group. The kid starts saying stuff like "if they had been listening closely, they would be able to hear the thud of the creature's footsteps and the rustle of it's wings as it got closer to them"................. Before you know it, the entire camping party becomes REALLY unnerved and start imagining shit in the woods around them. Every rustle, every bird, every animal moving around becomes a foreshadowing of some horror from beyond just waiting to show it's pale rotting face...
This is what this whole clownshow is starting to devolve into. And by the way, if the "majority" of the people HAD voted Biden/Harris in 'dEmOcRaTiCaLLy', what the hell are they scared of?
