Following a catastrophic vehicle failure almost a decade ago which had put engineers and scientists on edge for a long time, NASA's heavy duty Antares rocket program had redeemed itself in 2020 when an Antares vehicle successfully blasted into orbit carrying a Cygnus cargo vessel on a resupply mission to the International Space Station. All eyes are on Antares once again today, February 20, 2021 as another Cygnus spacecraft from Northrop-Grumman filled with essential supplies, food, and water prepares for the 300 mile skyward trek to the crew of the orbiting scientific research facility from NASA's Wallop Flight Center in Virginia.
