I have a 14.5 Brownells BRN 416 upper. Parts list as follows;
Brownells upper
Brownells FA BCG
Magpul port door
Geissele airborne charging handle
Brownells OG heavy profile 14.5" barrel from the German tooling
Brownells bushings and piston assembly
HK Parts vented GB
Surefire 5.56 closed tine flash hider
Midwest Industries handguard cerakoted RAL8000
The rifle runs well with or without a Surefire RC. It has shot IWI 77gr at 0.79 MOA with a 5 round group, and shoots Hornady TAP 75gr at 1.5 MOA. The action is super smooth and there's not out of spec nonsense or tool chatter marks like on the newer Brownells 416's. I originally bought this because I am approaching 30k rounds on my HK416 I purchased in 2014 and it's shooting 8 MOA. I was happier with the recoil impulse and the action smoothness on this upper, fwiw.
