Reloading Equipment Brownell has primers

I got 2 bricks of CCI 400's at $46.99 each + $20 Hazmat + $10 shipping. Nice to see a company that isn't price gouging.

LG Outdoors has them for $420 per brick.... but no Hazmat!!!

Same here. At least I didn't get my hopes up this time. Though from what I am seeing, things seem to be coming into stock a bit more frequently. I bought 13 lbs of powder in two separate transactions about 20 min apart on PV the other day...

I was able to pick up small rifle primers from midway usa last week. PV had lrp like 2 weeks ago. And today brownells had srp. Seems like things might start catching up a little.

I though i had ever primer they stocked on notification. I never get an email saying they are back in stock. Do you have to sign up for notification every month?

Bots aren’t helping, but I can assure you it’s not bots that clean the shelves of every gun store and major retailer of all primers that hit shelves within minutes. One guy at the store sends a tweet or FB post and you had better live within a 5 block radius of the target store. The same guys most likely also change shirts and hats about three times to get around the larger retailer’s quantity limits (witnessed this personally - rather comical).

Brownells must have got a truckload of CCI 400s because these were up for a record setting duration since the shortage began, especially given Brownells is one of the few that currently doesn’t place any restrictions on quantity. They had a similar run a couple weeks ago (also 400s). Hopefully we start seeing that more often and with some additional variety.

My shipment should arrive today. 👍

I am thankful every day I have a small stockpile of primers to get me through the next year or so, maybe two if I ration. The sheer number of people (and bots) out there buying up anything and everything makes it very tough to get your hands on any primers these days. There will be a ton of people left holding large quantities of primers once the supply catches up in a year or so (hopefully). That will be the time to stock up again and replenish, when they have to dump their primers to get what they can out of it. The folks out there paying $1 a primer right now are absolutely crazy. I will simply not shoot if it came to that.
