They advertised on their website a sale for 50 round boxes of Lapua 6.5x55 139 Scenar ammo for 45.99. Good deal, so I put two in cart, shown as in stock, I buy them with my cc and get an email confirming sale of 2x50 rounds ammo. A week later 2 boxes of 20 rounds arrive, pretty old and weathered cardboard boxes. I call them and say wtf, and they acknowledge that was a mistake but what I received was actually the correct item and price. Well, no, actually, that’s not what you advertised and not what I wanted. Well let me check with my team leader she says. Comes back and says they cannot be shipped back. But they can give me a small refund. Fine I say, I will take them if you prorate them for the round price advertised and refund me the difference. Seemed more than fair. She comes back and says no they won’t do that but they will give me $30. No I say, I’ll let my credit card company know I’m disputing the charge. It’s been fun wasting time and money with you, I say, and tell your team leader thanks for the great customer service.
