So I was out shooting my Howa 6.5 creed the other day and noticed my solid .6 MOA load was averaging 1.2 MOA with flattened primers. My load is 42.7 gr of H4350 behind a 140 Amax at 2.35 coal. Now this ammo was loaded over a year ago. So I went to try and pull bullets to remeasure powder and the bullets would not pull without destroying the bullet. I reseated 10 to 2.20 coal and got a definite loud pop as the bullets became unstuck. Cases were tumbled in walnut and resized to .002 neck tension. I plan to shoot the reseated cartridges tomorrow if the weather permits.
