has anyone experienced problems with this holding zero. It was the.last thing I thought of. Tightened, tryed.different ammo, checked barrel..u name it. The adjustments are off. Ill shoot 3 rounds and make 1/2 moa.adjustment and it will move 3 feet or not move at all. Ill get it.close then take one more shot and its 3 feet off. I have it on a M&P 15 . Can anyone help. Has anyone experienced burris warenty work? Repairs?

My 2 have been fine, but I did have an illumination switch issue out of the box on one. Burris shipped a replacement out very quickly. I haven't dealt with shipping one in for service, but they're supposed to have pretty good customer service.

i have had warranty time from burris run anywhere from 3 weeks to 9 months. last one i sent in came back in 3 weeks but had a spot a lens then 3 weeks later i got it back but it still would not track. those were xtrs. i have not had a problem with my m tac. but i have never checked its tracking. sold the xtrs. i am not sure if the m tac is under the forever warranty.

Burris warranty is excellent. Just print a sheet off of the website and send it in. 2-4 weeks is about right.

If it is moving that much, it would almost have to be a lens so loose you could hear it rattle. One of the benefits of the etched reticle is that the lens, when fit to the tube, really can't move.

Have you tried a different optic in the same mount on the same AR to be sure?

have you tried a different scope on the rifle? one you know to be true.

my brother in law had a rifle that was throwing shots in the 3' range. Faulty barrel.

Just saying exhaust all possibilities before ASSuming its one component. Nothing more awkward than having Burris send back saying scope fine to find out it was rifle all along.
Would also put bad scope on different rifle to double eliminate.

Also, proff.reding=da bomb. Reading that was like banging my head against a wall ;)

Luck,
DT
