Rifle Scopes Burris to nightforce rings?

I have a set of high burris extreame tactical rings holding my nightforce scope right now, I am going to buy a set of nightforce rings today, I have a set of med burris rings laying around that get my scope realy close to my barrel, but I want to upgrade to med nightforce rings.

My question is, are the nightforce med rings and the extreame tactical burris med rings the same height? I cant find specs on the burris rings that say the exact height, and didnt know if the exact height is universal throughout the shooting world, or if everyone has there own version or height med ring.

For most setup with a NF scopes you can go with the .0885" Center hight.
