Well regardless of how one views abortion, the positive note on this is that the judges are actually following procedure. They are using past decisions which dictate precedent and regardless of how one feels about something previous decisions are the deciding factor. Otherwise the “conservative” justices are no different than “liberal” judges in that they are being activists instead of jurists. If they stick to this, any major 2A challenges should come out positive in our favor. Who knows though. No one gives a fuck anymore anyway.
My first thought also. How is it a 9 vote count when RBG hasn't been seen in months. Did she have her law clerks just pencil whip her decision and deliver it for her?
