I would say unless they are like $400 or less people won't buy them. Its basically the old 1-6.5 SFP with turrets like the 1-8.5 with a less useful reticle than the BTR.

These didn't sell for shit and I had 4 over the years before dumping them (2 in ffp and 2 in SFP). They were made in japan had great glass but very tight eye boxes and not daylight bright. I did like the reticle a lot however and preferred the FFP for the obvious.
Bushnell started working on a DFP version of this like 7 years ago and couldn't get it right. They even had some alphas out and I'm assuming the feedback wasn't great because they shit canned it.
I would not expect these to sell, when the PST gen 2 is probably a much better optic, is brighter and they can get had for like $4-500.
So is Bushnell is getting out of the LPVO game? What’s left in the lineup, the 1-4 AR optic?
So what price will these be offered at Doug?
We passed on these scopes. When Bushnell offered the deal to us we did a post here asking for member opinion on whether we should bring them in and the response we got was as a 2nd FP scope we'd sell a few but not worth investing on a quantity buy.So what price will these be offered at Doug?
Is there any chance you could possibly in the future get in some XRS II's? 4.5-30x50?We passed on these scopes. I am always on all the companies we work with to grab deals where ever and however we canIs there any chance you could possibly in the future get in some XRS II's? 4.5-30x50?
I've been looking at a Vortex Razor 1-6 for a while now but I couldn't justify paying 1200 for it when the bushnell smrs pro was half the price. I've always been a fan of bushys. Can't wait to try it out.Additionally, at 1-6x SFP is just fine. In my experience with multiple high end optics in this zoom range in both SFP and FFP, I prefer SFP. Obviously, at much higher zoom levels FFP is definitely better with ranging and or BDC reticle‘s. I can attest to that with the Nightforce ATACR on my SCAR 20S. The glass is directly comparable with the Vortex Razor HD 1-6, but half the price. The Viper PST Gen II 1-6 doesn’t compare. I very highly recommend this optic at this price.
The Delta Stryker is better for $650-$700I absolutely love my pro. The glass is amazing with almost no scope body remaining visible at any magnification level. Super forgiving eyebox. The illumination is trash though. IMO it still beats anything below razor pricing.
I saw these SMRS on sale around $600-650, but decided to pass since they didn't really fit the goals of the SPR build I was working on at the time. I still went with a Bushnell - just a different one (DMR II 3.5-21x) - and really like it.The Delta Stryker is better for $650-$700

With so many quality LPVOs appearing in the $500-1,000 space right now, it's getting easy to be paralyzed by the options. I wish I picked up a Steiner P4Xi when they were under $500, but they're a harder sell at their current price. The Viper PST2 looks solid around $500-600, but I can't help but feel the Razor G3 1-10x has sort of redefined what a LPVO can be capable of. It moved the bar, and the budget competition is just around the corner. Whether that's a Viper PST3 refresh, Ares ETR 1-10x, Helos BTR 1-10x, Primary Arms 1-10x, or this Delta Stryker.
The Stryker really has my attention. It covers the basics that I'd want for a "do everything" type build in a sub $1k 1-6x optic:
From all accounts, it sounds like the "budget" optic to beat. Then again, if SWFA can put daylight bright illumination into their new Ultralight scope body, I don't know if I'll be able to resist.
- Simple MIL-based crosshair
- Daylight bright center dot illumination
- Lightweight ~17 oz.
- SFP reticle
- Good optical clarity
