Bushnell Elite Spotter vs. Nightforce

I'm thinking about picking up a used Bushnell Elite spotter for a good deal by someone I know. I'm wondering however, how much further will I be able to spot hits compared to a 5.5-22 Nightforce or 8-32 Nightforce scopes? The Bushnell model I'm looking at is the 15-45X60mm. Thanks.

You'll see bullet holes further with the less powerful NF than you will with the Bushnell. I know this first hand.

My money would be going into the rifle scope, not the spotting scope. What are you shooting, paper, steel, game? I can easily see bullet holes in paper with my 5.5-22 at 300 yds and hits on steel at 600 yds with it on 5.5. You are not going to see holes in paper at 600 yds though.
