Training Courses CA rifle class recommendations?

Just got back from MOA (https://www.maxordinate.com/) this past weekend. They are in Apple Valley, CA. The training facility is amazing with targets out to 1790 yards. I took their PR1 course twice and will be taking their PR2 soon. There is so much to learn it did not click for me until the second time I went. Here's a picture of the upper range. It's a 2 day course and you stay in the cabin off to the right.

just checked this website, this looks like a great facility, do you have the address? i couldnt find it. thanks

As was said by Dazz397, I also attended the PR1 class at Max Ordiante Academy this past weekend . I cant say enough about how well this class is put together . At times it seems like trying to drink from a firehose, with the amount of info coming at you . Once on the range it all starts to click, then on the second day it all come into focus . I as well as several others in the class signed up for PR2 just today . Attend the class you will not be disappointed.

be warned its warm that time of year.
Oh, I am well aware. I told him to hurry up and finish so we could have taken the class earlier this year.. but, I am definitely going to prepare for it and hydrate a lot as well. I told my buddy about the weather that time of year as he almost passed out at sac valley when it was only 101°. He said he will be okay . Let us hope he is right...

Hello all
I’m trying to get any rec’s On trainers in Ca. I’m in the north but I’ll take any info I can find. I’ve seen a couple on google searches but I was wondering if anyone had previous experiences
I would like to know more about what classes the OP wants to take any maybe some idea where they think they are now on skill?

Lots of good classes that will help you get solid fundamentals for shooting. The Shooting Range 5 Dogs in the north of BAkersfield tends to have a variety of instructors use their facilities for teaching.

Are you a bench only shooter or field shooter? So of the HP shooters I know are now... old... and only shoot from the bench- nothing wrong with that...

Hermosa
I’m a field shooter (hunter)
I like to play with the long range game and tripod shooting. Like the idea of the prs/nrl type shooting but don’t have the time or $ to play. Thought a class might be a good substitute.
