Cadex Light Strike LONG ACTION help

looking to buy magazines for a switch barrel setup using a TL3 long action. questions were posted here:

the chassis comes with a SSSF 3.715 sleeve. whatever that means. obviously for magazine compatibility. what i think it means is i can use 3.715 SSSF mags with the sleeve or 3.850 mags without the sleeve

Yes, it means you can change the sleeve from the 3.85” cip length mags down to the other common long action lengths. Think each sleeve costs extra though normally. Obviously if you can find cip length mags in the body diameter you are looking for no real need to buy the other sleeves as you can just use the longer mag. I use 300 win mag ai for 284 etc.

Do you know if there’s sleeves for short action aics mags to fit with the long action??

That’s really all I want and it would solve my one and the only issue for my switch barrel build. I have tons of short action aics mags.

Also, any idea if the AI 300winmag DOUBLE STACK 10rnd mags work with the Light Strike chassis? Everything is spec’d for single stack

No only for long action pattern mags, not long to short action. As far as I know they will only be single stack. The ai aw mags have a double stack but don’t think these would work in the chassis or with many actions.
