Pretty sure you can only get barrels from them

I think the answer to your question is a little more specific to which cadex action.

For Example I believe cdx-rx7/ss/30/300/33 has some prefits made for them. You can check out carbonsix they have some on their website.

I believe cadex offers the blueprints so someone can make prefits for the r700 clones.

For the kraken, I do NOT know anyone making any prefits.

If you have a kraken you can always call up a cadex rep and they can spin you up a replacement barrel.

We had a few barrels replaced by cadex for our krakens. Easy as it can be just a little wait.
