That is simply going to drive stores out of business. This will lead to the need to cut off and cauterize around California. Eventually, the shoplifters will steal from each other and since they don't care about gun laws, they will kill each other.SB533 has passed the senate. On th e contrary--while it will drive owners out of business, many of them will move to other states where, having learned nothing, they will vote in the same idiots again and repeat the cycle. That is simply going to drive stores out of business. IOW, win-win.
Nailed it.Personally I'm looking forward to having to call in my grocery order a day ahead of time and showing up at a bulletproof window to pick up my groceries and pay...
Guts... You need to lower your aim. They should be allowed to shoot them in the guts.
Gut shots for burglers 2024
Where did you get this info? This is a Childcare tax credit. Although they sometimes sneek in rediculous things, there is no mention of what you say. This bill makes it illegal for store personnel or owners to confront shoplifters......

If you read the bill it doesn't have anything to do with shoplifters.
That's the original version, they since amended it and stripped out the shoplifting part.Bill to stop employees confronting shoplifters passed by California Senate
The proposed law is designed to protect store workers from violence, but retailers have slammed the move as an invitation to thieves "to come in and steal."www.newsweek.com
Dove the out Of The state To Turn other states blue. It’s a plan.My theory on all of this:
- CA passes laws that drive business out of the state
- People can't get groceries, clothes, necessities
- The state establishes emergency state run stores to fill the need
- The state passes "no compete " legislation banning private business
- Taxes are increased to help fund the stores
- Communist utopia achieved
You are now taxed to run the store, you are then taxed again when you buy from the store, and you live in a place where you have no other option, so the prices rise due to lack of competition.
There will likely be a "free" option for those under a certain income, so this is all funded by the working class...establishing the wealth distribution that CA has wanted for a long time.
Ahhhh... So can we still carry on with the outrage? I mean it is California. That's the original version, they since amended it and stripped out the shoplifting part.
Oh, but of course. They’re still doing it, Newsom just decided it wouldn’t hold up well when he hits the national political stage next year.Ahhhh... So can we still carry on with the outrage? I mean it is California.
