From what I read, this latest decision, reversing the stay on Carney's injunction, was made the 9th Circus' "merits panel" which seems to indicate it has a half-decent chance on being thrown out all together once oral arguments are heard. If so, mark you calendars for that date because it would likely be the first and last time the 9th Circus has issued a constitutionally correct ruling on a 2A issue.

That entire state needs to leave.

As of this year no more gasoline "power equipment" can be sold in CA.

And it is coming soon to the rest of the country if these fools have their way.

I think it's 2030 all off highway engines on public land will have to be zero emissions. So no more dirtbikes, ATV, race cars in the desert.... Or other public lands.
