Not so sure that "better than Illinois" is really that much of a compliment... It's like saying "Dahmer wasn't so bad, he only killed 17 people compared to Ted Bundy's 37..." violation of constitutional rights is still violation..... Ha

I work in California at times a one of the Nuclear Technologies Labs.... Believe me I understand how freaking slow the worm turns there. I'm sure a more realistic call for them would be " Thank you for calling, You are number 12 in the cue, someone will be with you in 30-40 minutes... Please note that the police have been notified and you will be arrested if there is not an armed intruder at your premises when they arrive. Thank you for waiting."
