Re: Campfire Camo

Thank you!!!! This is my stock and I LOVE the work you did on it. You were definately the right man for the job. Special thanks to Ken Lin over at GA Precision helping get this all fixed up. Please post some more pictures after it is assembled, and some other angles for others who may be interested.

I'm not sure this should be named campfire camo because nobody can seem to agree what that pattern actually is on the forums. There are several forum listings with different patters all called campfire and different people claiming credit. You made this pattern by hand based on a single (agreeably lame - and small) picture I found on the campfire forum which looked cool. You matched the colors without knowing exactly what they were in that photo. Perhaps a better name is "GAP desert" because yours is slightly different, and fantastic. Great job!

Re: Campfire Camo

Campfire camo originated on the 24hourcampfire.com a few years ago and mcmillan has had it as an available option for quite some time.

They also had several posters come up with a combo called the "coyote bomber" for the swirleys and its a great looking desert pattern.
