Can a PWS T3 receiver be used on a Ruger Takedown?

As the topic states, I wondering id the T3 action can be swapped onto a takedown? Long story short...I'm looking for a takedown, bolt action, suppressor host.


Thoughts?

If you know or are a talented machinist, I believe the T-3 receiver could be adapted to what you need.

If you don't mind a bit of fuglinless, it might be easier to have a handle adapted onto the 10/22 bolt that could be manipulated to lock into something on the receiver.
