Rifle Scopes Can Bushnell change the reticle type on one of their rifle scopes?

I have a Bushnell riflescope, i believe the model was Bushnell ERS ET6245f, 6-24x50... it's a few years old but basically brand new.... it has a mil dot reticle. At the time, i thought that's what one would prefer for longer range shooting.

I was wondering, is it possible to change the reticle type in the scope and how much something like this would cost?

I was hoping to go to something like the G3 or Christmas Tree type reticles.

I will also try to contact Bushnell during the week but thought perhaps someone might have had a similar experience that they could share.
