I think that is a Redfield Palma rear. If so that would likely be a Redfield Olympic front.

That rifle resembles a gen1 M24SWS. If so those sights should be Redfield Palma.

While the Williams listed above are like the Redfield’s, I’d wager they are not nearly as nice. Those came on a Savage Mk1 I used to have and their adjustments were not very crisp. Serviceable yes, but not super pleasing in use. Granted I’ve never used Redfield sights, just an assumption.

The front sight looks like a Redfield International Big Bore. The rear looks to be a Redfield Palma.

Early M24, Redfield Olympic.

Later M24, RPA.

The sight in the photo appears to be the RPA, with the windage knob on the right. I don't think the Redfields are in production any longer, and the British RPAs were only imported by OK Weber in Oregon.
