It's little wonder that ballistics calculators are not always able to explain or predict the behavior of .22LR ammo, even match ammo.
Unlike jacketed bullets, soft lead .22LR bullets are not exactly uniform. The best lots, which will perform well at all distances, will have bullets that are among the most closely identical.
Bullets for .22LR will vary not only in length, width, and weight, but they will also vary by center of gravity, which is all but impossible to measure, yet very important with regard to performance. Cg will vary between lots and indeed from round-to-round and helps explain why some lots of match ammo have more or less dispersion than others as distance increases.
