For the guys that use the vinyl stencils on stocks-
For reference im using carbon fiber stocks, H series on metal parts. Im using c series on the stocks without issue but never messed with the vynil stencils before. I want to say cerakote told me you have 15 minutes between coats before it needs to be scuffed (Take with grain of salt)… Do you let it set up, apply stencils, scuff, paint and repeat? Or just let it tack, apply stencils, paint? Im told I can heat the c series to 150-180 to flash cure it between coats but not sure that's necessary? Thanks fellas

You better wait at least 2 hours. It will lift if you go putting stickers on it. 15M is nowhere near long enough. We cure at 155F for Manners stocks. You go over that and it has a bad tendency to swell and appear as a split in the tang/grip area. I've talked to Tom about it at length. It's the core material swelling up. The stock isn't splitting as the underlayment holds it together, it just swells and appears to come apart.

2 hours. 155*F. It'll save your bacon.
