Changes to ELD-M?

A while back I bought a box of 7mm Hornady ELD-M 162 grain bullets, in early June or so. Finally got a load worked up, and I went out recently and bought another box. However, upon closer inspection, they weren't the same... The exact same item number (#28403), but the boxes displayed a different BC (old= .627, new= .670). Also, small change I know, but the trademark symbol after ELD had changed from (TM) to (R). You can also see, the shade of the tip has changed, from more transparent to more not-transparent..?

All this is fine and good, except once I finished my box of the older bullets and immediately opened the new box, in the same sitting, my OAL dropped ~.005". I know we are talking small discrepancies here, but was there some change made to the bullet itself, and I didn't get the memo? Should I work up a new load?

I am wondering if the store I bought the first box from was stocking older bullets..? The tag says 3/16 on the old box, they would have been over a year old by the time I bought them, which I suppose would answer some questions.

Nothing changed. The BC is the same but they listed the 800 yard average on the older boxes and now list the 200 yard average like other companies for an apples to apples comparison for customers.

The tip color was changed to stop a possible copyright infringement on another company who used transparent tips. Same material but a different color. No worries.

Slight OAL happens from lot to lot. I would load it to the same OAL to the lands and try it out. You shouldn't need to work up a new load.
