Looking for a cheap BCM upper, prefer 14.5 but would take a 16” (open to other brands as well. Looking for better than a PSA though)
Can be cosmetically beat up, in rough shape, spray painted whatever.
Going to be a loaner rifle so my idiot friends can at least take a rifle course and know how to shoot if they ever need to.
