Thought I would share the way I take a 700 bolt apart using a simple little tool I made. It is made of mild steel and measures 3/4" long, 3/8" around with a 3/16 hole drilled thought it.
Step 1:use a washer placed in a vise to catch the "V" in the cocking piece, pull on the bolt body and insert a thin washer in the cocking piece slot.
Step 2:Unscrew firing pin assembly from bolt.
Step 3:Insert tool into bolt and screw firing pin assembly back into bolt until cross pin is fully expossed.
Step 4rive pin out using a 1/16" punch and remove cocking piece.
Step 5:Unscrew firing pin assembly from bolt, make sure you keep tension against bolt body while unscrewing, YOU DO NOT WANT THIS THIS FLING APART. When you are though you should have all this pieces.
Step 6:Re-Assembly. put tool back into bolt body, slide firing pin and spring into bolt also, push bolt shroud against bolt and screw in. It will take a little muscle but it isn't very hard.
Step 7:Screw Shroud in until hole in firing pin is fully exposed, also make sure hole in firing pin and the cocking piece is alligned up, if not you can use punch though hole in firing pin to turn it until it does.
Step 8:Insert cross pin into assembly and then unscrew bolt shroud until slot in cocking piece is almost flush with back of bolt shroud.
Step 9:Insert washer and finish unscrewing firing pin assembly.
Step 10:Remove tool and re install firing pin assembly, screwing all the way in, then un-screw approx 1/8-1/4 turn untill notches line up.
Step 11:Take bolt back to vise using the washer you used before, place notch in cocking piece over washer, pull on bolt and remove small washer in cocking piece. That's it, bolt dis-assembly for about 50 cent.
