Must be part of the Sissy Militia. Good technique too, always remember to rest your barrel on the shooting sticks, and look through the transparent lens cap doors instead of the scope.

if so, he is doing it wrong that goes in front of the gun. we could only be lucky to see the after pic if he manages to hit that while sitting beside him.

Thats the NEW Counter Sniper, the one with the new camoflage that changes colors with the environment. See, it turns white with green foliage around it.
