Guys, CHEYTAC IS RELOCATED, MANAGEMENT CHANGED, AND THEY ARE BACK!!! i just heard this news yesterday, they are now in Georgia, it would have been a shame if that company really went chapter 11 or ..... but they made it, just a few hurdles, but they r back and going strong!!!!

+1

Official fanboy...his first and only post so far is a CAPS-lock and exclamation point infested post about a company moving its HQ.

Re: CHEYTAC USA

hmmmmm agreed. What is the connection to the company. Incomplete profile, and why would your first post ever be essentially an advertisement for that company?

This looks like a great post for deletion...

Yes he did. It was at the time an "Epic" thread. After as many issues as they had it is no wonder they went tits up. The only good ones were when EDM arms made them.

Re: CHEYTAC USA

Agreed, this is an interesting post........

I read that post about peoples exp with CheyTac, before as well and was shocked and enlightened by it all.
Of course what I have seen on TV about it makes it sound like its the greatest sniper rifle ever.

If you just watched TV you would think Red Jacket firearms made "game changer" firearms every week.

Bertram?
Better yet: ELR researcher big man??? </div></div>
No one wants a good business to go out of business. This was a great designed rifle (EDM), a great cartridge the .408, fantastic bullets with the worst business management on the planet. Shame really as the potential was HUGE.

Re: CHEYTAC USA

Decided to make the drive to the new location of Cheytac this week. No sure who was involved before but new owners were a delight to meet and answered all questions that we had. Left with ammo and components to reload for my new Cheytac 375.
