Just read (apologize if it is old news to some) that Schumer is going to use a filibuster to block Gorsuch's nomination. It just amazes me that someone who really has no negative press and a record of following and ENFORCING the law of the land is going to be blocked. You would think that the Dems would fight this battle on another day. The next appointment will likely be more controversial to them. The GOP has enough votes to change the 60 vote rule now and will do so.
