Hunting & Fishing Climb Kilimanjaro?

I made a promise to my son and daughters that each one could pick a place that their mother wanted to go and never had a chance to, and we would spread some of her ashes there.


My son has picked Kilimanjaro. I need a tour/climbing guide and recommendations would be wonderful. REI has this:

not a first hand experience and no even in Africa, but a family friend did an REI trip in the Himalayas- he spoke VERY highly about it.
