My buddy picked up an AAC model 7 and we're trying to figure out a way to get a PS22 on there and the only thing i can think of is the MARS rail but it's only for 700s. Anyone have any idea?

Larue STOMP is a restricted item unless LE/Mil.

IIRC, the rear bolt spacing is different that the short action 700.

Have you looked at the Badger Ordanance Embedded Front Rail (EFR)? The EFR is bedded into the stock so it doesn't depend on the action. I have one and works great.

I believe you can put a 700 base on a model seven, you can only use one screw on the rear of the base ( my dedicated model seven base only used one screw in the rear base any way). I am thinking worst case you might have to trim a little off the rear base if the overhang bothered you.
*now if three screws will hold a mars rail a scope and a clip on, that is a different story!( sounds like a recepie for a loose base to me.)
