Guys, I am looking at relocation from California to Colorado.
I have read the firearms regulations online and the state appears gun friendly enough.
However, I have heard some issues may be coming up that could turn Colorado into Commirado.
BS or not?
What is the "pulse" of the gun owners?
thanks in advance.

Re: Colorado shooter friendly 411

I'm in the process of buying two more rifles, and the process, as far as I can tell, has been sweet and simple.

I haven't heard anything lately to suggest otherwise.

Generally Co is gun friendly, not so much in Denver or Peoples Democratic Republic of Boulder.

Research which county you would be living in...here in El Paso, the Sheriff will sign off on pretty much anything as long as you pass the local background. Caveat: under block 15 of your Form 4 where it says "...have a reasonable necessity to possess the machinegun, short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, or destructive device described on this application for the following reason(s)..." DO NOT put "Chicks dig it".

That is the only one he has denied.
