colt 901 question

Has anyone tired or know if it's possible to replace the barrel on the colt 901 308 upper. Living in Maryland it's about the easiest why to get an ar15 . Have heard the barrel is about as accurate as a flintlock.

Yeah you can, but will need the special propierty wrench for it. Never seen one of the wrenches anywhere that is available.

The barrel is accurate, the one I had was the most accurate .308 semi I have owned.

No, not the only one. Never had one problem with it. I just wish it had a little more rail space, that's all
